Shipping

As our parcels come from Thailand, it is usual to expect them within 10-21 days of shipping.  Some local postage services have their own quirks with regards International parcels and this may result in a longer delivery time.  Please contact me if you have any questions regarding delivery of your parcel.
 
All our parcels are shipped Registered Air Mail for ease of tracking, and require a signature upon collection.  This is a flat rate of $3.50 and goes by an Air Mail service.
 
If you require a faster shipping time than Registered Air Mail, we can send by FedEx or UPS for faster delivery.  This is a $30 flat fee.  Delivery time is 3-7 days, depending upon the destination.  The destination MUST be a street address, and not a post office box.

Insurance is extra and is dependent upon the size and value of your parcel.  Contact me if you require insurance to be added.


Returns

Returns will be accepted on an individual basis where stock has been damaged in transit.  All items are to be returned with their original packaging and in unused condition.  I will not pay for a second lot of postage on any parcel that is returned to me, because the Buyer didn't collect it.  I will refund the cost of the goods only if a parcel is returned unclaimed. I will resend it if, and when, the Buyer pays the postage cost for resending the items.  Postage is non-refundable. 

Refunds will be negotiated if a parcel is longer than 6 weeks in delivery time, and only if the customer has been in communication with me.  This is so I have had time to investigate from my end first.

In the event that you consider your items less than quality, I require that you to email me outlining the problem.  I will send you the cost of the return postage, and give you a refund for your goods after I have received the items in question.  I am doing this as way of quality control.
