Shipping We use courier shipping for all items over $200 with the cost of shipping being covered in the purchase price. For these items delivery can be expected in 3-5 days. We will also arrange for insurance to be added if you require this. Items under $200 will be sent registered Air Mail and will require a signature upon collection. The cost for shipping items up to this value is a standard $5 charge. This level of shipping can take 10-21 days. If you require a faster delivery please let us know so we can arrange for courier delivery and let you know the costings for this. All items are packed professionally into sturdy boxes. Our standard packing is attractive and suitable for gift giving. If you require something special or have specific requirements for customs or delivery requests please notify us when placing an order. Refunds and Replacements Our goal is customer satisfaction. We will work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. As such we have a few guidelines we ask you to note prior to making a purchase. 1. We will issue a refund for or replace an item that has been damaged in transit. We require you to send us photo evidence within 3 days of receipt of the items so we can assess the availability of components if an item needs to be replaced. We will require the original piece to be returned prior to issuing a refund or replacement. 2. In the unlikely event of non-delivery and when insurance has not been arranged we will follow up from our end to ascertain where the parcel did go to. This may take upto 6 weeks depending upon the mode of delivery used. Please take this into account when assessing your shipping requirements. If insurance is in place we can make a claim and pursue this avenue of refund. 3. We are not generally in the habit of issuing refunds or replacements for custom made items that are produced and then the purchaser changes their mind. All custom designs require a 50% up front deposit and this is non-refundable in the event that the purchaser dislikes the piece upon delivery. We will work with you at every step of production of your piece to make sure that the item you believe you are having made is the one we are making and wont take what is known as Artists Licence without the purchasers permission. 4. All our items are One of a Kind and as such really are irreplaceable. This means that if we are required to replace an item that has not been delivered for whatever reason we will do our best to match the original.In many cases this is going to be all but impossible and so we will issue a replacement of same value that meets your choices. Payment We require full payment prior to shipping your purchase and this needs to be finalized within 3 days of receipt of your paypal invoice. All payments are to be made using Paypal. Paypal accepts all major credit cards. Materials The materials we use are of the highest quality we can find. We use Sterling and Fine Silver almost exclusively in our body jewelry and at times will use copper, brass and Rhodium in some of our costume jewelery or accessory pieces. All materials will be specified and are guaranteed to be what we say they are. Gemstones used will be specified exactly for their type and size where we are able to give this information. We check all our gems for quality as well as authenticity before we purchase them and will let you know if the stones in your piece are glass, natural materials such as shells, dyed gemstones or natural, no treatment gems. All our body jewelry features low allergenic materials. 95% of our items are completely handmade by us. We do use the casting services of a local silversmith to produce some of our cast pieces. We design the items, create the wax models, source the stones and then he will produce the cast piece by the method of lost wax casting for us to finish. Apart from this small external involvement, all items are made in our small workshop by a small team of artisans. We only make One Of A Kind because we believe your item should be as individual as you are. |
